Section 355 (further provisions: confiscation and money laundering) is amended as follows. In the heading, for “and money laundering” substitute “ , money laundering, detained cash, detained property and frozen funds investigations ”. In subsection (1)(a), for “or a detained cash investigation” substitute “ , a detained cash investigation, a detained property investigation or a frozen funds investigation ”.
