Schedule 5, paragraph 51

Section 357 (disclosure orders) is amended as follows. In subsection (2), after “detained cash investigation” insert “ , a detained property investigation or a frozen funds investigation ”. In subsection (7), in paragraph (b)— after “investigation,” insert “ a Financial Conduct Authority officer, ”; after “National Crime Agency officer” insert “ , an officer of Revenue and Customs ”.
