Schedule 5, paragraph 58

Section 377 (code of practice of Secretary of State) is amended as follows. In subsection (1) after paragraph (f) insert— Financial Conduct Authority officers. After subsection (2) insert— The Secretary of State must also consult the Treasury about the draft in its application to functions that Financial Conduct Authority officers have under this Chapter. In subsection (3) for “subsection (2)” insert “ subsections (2) and (2A) ”.
