Schedule 5, paragraph 59(3E)

In relation to a frozen funds investigation these are appropriate officers— a constable; an SFO officer; an accredited financial investigator who falls within a description specified in an order made for the purposes of this paragraph by the Secretary of State under section 453; an officer of Revenue and Customs.
