Schedule 5, paragraph 66

Section 390 (further provisions: confiscation, civil recovery, detained cash and money laundering) is amended as follows. In the heading, after “detained cash” insert “ , detained property, frozen funds ”. In subsection (1), after “detained cash investigations” insert “ , detained property investigations, frozen funds investigations ”. In subsections (5), (6) and (7), for “or a detained cash investigation” substitute “ , a detained cash investigation, a detained property investigation or a frozen funds investigation ”.
