In subsection (4)— in the words before paragraph (a), for “ “the Director”” substitute “ “relevant authority” ”; omit “or” at the end of paragraph (b); after paragraph (c) insert— Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs; or the Financial Conduct Authority.
