Schedule 5, paragraph 78

Section 436 (disclosure of information to certain Directors) is amended as follows. In the heading for “Directors” substitute “ authorities ”. In subsection (1)— for “the Director”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “ a relevant authority ”; for “the Director”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “ the authority ”; for “his” substitute “the authority's”. In subsection (5), after paragraph (h) insert— the Financial Conduct Authority. In subsection (10) for “ “the Director”” substitute “ “relevant authority” ”. The amendments made by this paragraph apply to information obtained before, as well as to information obtained after, the coming into force of this paragraph.
