Schedule 5, paragraph 87(10)

After subsection (7B) insert— No regulations may be made by the Department of Justice under section 303W(10) or 303Z18(10) unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Northern Ireland Assembly.
