Schedule 5, paragraph 87(6)

After subsection (6) insert— No regulations may be made by the Scottish Ministers under section 131ZA(7) unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament. No regulations may be made by the Secretary of State under section 303B(2), 303G(5), 303W(10), 303Y(2), 303Z8(2) or 303Z18(10) unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House.
