The “relevant appeal court” is— the Crown Court, in the case of a decision made by a magistrates' court in England and Wales; a county court, in the case of a decision made by a magistrates' court in Northern Ireland; the Sheriff Appeal Court, in the case of a decision made by the sheriff.
