Section 15(1)

Where this section applies and there is no agreement under section 303Q, the magistrates' court or sheriff— must transfer the application made under section 303O to the relevant court if satisfied that the value of the forfeitable property and any associated property is £10,000 or more; may transfer the application made under section 303O to the relevant court if satisfied that the value of the forfeitable property and any associated property is less than £10,000.
