Section 2(6)

Subsection (7) applies in a case where— the receiver deals with property that is not property in respect of which the receiver was appointed under section 362N, but at the time of dealing with the property the receiver believed on reasonable grounds that he or she was entitled to do so by virtue of the appointment.
