“Required disclosure” means a disclosure that is made— to a constable in connection with a suspicion that a person is involved in the commission of a terrorist financing offence, and for the purposes of avoiding the commission of an offence under section 21A by virtue of not satisfying the third condition in subsection (4) of that section.
