Section 39

Schedule 3 contains amendments to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 which enable the forfeiture of certain personal (or moveable) property which— is intended to be used for the purposes of terrorism, consists of resources of a proscribed organisation, or is, or represents, property obtained through terrorism.
