The following provisions extend to England and Wales and Northern Ireland only— sections 1 to 3; section 7; section 17, so far as relating to paragraphs 24 and 25 of Schedule 1, and those paragraphs; section 18(4)(c); section 19(3); section 20(3) to (6); section 22; section 23; paragraph 3 of Schedule 2; section 41(3); section 42.
