Section 58(6)

The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act is passed— sections 54 to 57; this section; section 59; any other provision of this Act so far as necessary for enabling the exercise on or after the day on which this Act is passed of any power to make provision by subordinate legislation (within the meaning of the Interpretation Act 1978).
