In section 391(disclosure orders)— in subsection (1) after “confiscation investigations” insert “ or money laundering investigations ”; in subsection (2) omit “or a money laundering investigation”; in subsection (3) after paragraph (a) insert— a person specified in the application is subject to a money laundering investigation and the order is sought for the purposes of the investigation, or
