Schedule 12, paragraph 10

All fees, charges, penalties and other sums received by the Commissioner in carrying out the Commissioner's functions are to be paid by the Commissioner to the Secretary of State. Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply where the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, otherwise directs. Any sums received by the Secretary of State under sub-paragraph (1) are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
