Schedule 12A, paragraph 13

The Commission may establish committees. A committee of the Commission may consist of or include persons who are neither members nor employees of the Commission. But a committee of the Commission to which functions are delegated under paragraph 14(1)(c) must include at least one person who is either a member or an employee of the Commission. Where a person who is neither a member nor an employee of the Commission is a member of a committee of the Commission, the Commission may pay to that person such remuneration and expenses as it may determine.
