Schedule 12A, paragraph 17

The Commission must make arrangements for the keeping of proper records of— its proceedings, the proceedings of a committee of the Commission, the proceedings at a meeting of the non-executive members of the Commission, anything done by a member or employee of the Commission under paragraph 14(1), and anything done by a member of a committee of the Commission under paragraph 14(3).
