Schedule 12A, paragraph 18(1)

This paragraph applies if— a member of the Commission has a direct or indirect interest in a matter falling to be considered at a meeting of the Commission, a non-executive member of the Commission has a direct or indirect interest in a matter falling to be considered at a meeting of the non-executive members, or a member of a committee of the Commission has a direct or indirect interest in a matter falling to be considered at a meeting of the committee.
