Schedule 12A, paragraph 21

All fees, charges, penalties and other sums received by the Commission in carrying out its functions are to be paid to the Secretary of State. Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply where the Secretary of State otherwise directs. Any sums received by the Secretary of State under this paragraph are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
