Schedule 12A, paragraph 8

A deputy chair of the Commission may resign that office by giving written notice to the Commission. A deputy chair of the Commission ceases to hold that office on ceasing to be a non-executive member of the Commission. A deputy chair of the Commission may be removed from that office by the Commission.
