Schedule 15, paragraph 14

Where a warrant issued under this Schedule is executed— it must be returned to the court from which it was issued after being executed, and the person by whom it is executed must write on the warrant a statement of the powers that have been exercised under the warrant. Where a warrant issued under this Schedule is not executed, it must be returned to the court from which it was issued within the time authorised for its execution.
