Schedule 15, paragraph 5(2)

A warrant issued under paragraph 1 must authorise the Commissioner or any of the Commissioner's officers or staff— to inspect and seize any documents or other material found on the premises which may be evidence of the failure or offence mentioned in that paragraph, to require any person on the premises to provide, in an appropriate form, a copy of information capable of being viewed using equipment on the premises which may be evidence of that failure or offence, to require any person on the premises to provide an explanation of any document or other material found on the premises and of any information capable of being viewed using equipment on the premises, and to require any person on the premises to provide such other information as may reasonably be required for the purpose of determining whether the controller or processor has failed or is failing as described in section 149(2).
