Schedule 15, paragraph 9

If an occupier of the premises in respect of which a warrant is issued under this Schedule is present when the warrant is executed, the person executing the warrant must— show the occupier the warrant, and give the occupier a copy of it. Otherwise, a copy of the warrant must be left in a prominent place on the premises.
