Schedule 18, paragraph 4(4)

In relation to the Department for Communities in Northern Ireland, the “relevant functions” are its functions under— the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/2705 (N.I. 15)), or Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 (c. 2 (N.I.)).
