Schedule 18, paragraph 4(6)

In relation to the Scottish Ministers, the “relevant functions” are their functions under Part 1 of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, or Parts 1 and 2 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 14).
