Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 114

Section 251 (control of patient information) is amended as follows. In subsection (7), for “made by or under the Data Protection Act 1998 (c 29)” substitute “ of the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (13), at the appropriate place insert— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
