Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 121

In section 458(2) (disclosure of information by tax authorities)— for “within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ within the meaning of Parts 5 to 7 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3(2) and (14) of that Act) ”, and for “that Act” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”.
