In section 11(5)(b) (right to appeal to Upper Tribunal), for “section 28(4) or (6) of the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ section 27(3) or (5), 79(5) or (7) or 111(3) or (5) of the Data Protection Act 2018 ”.
