Section 45 (information held by HMRC) is amended as follows. In subsection (4A), for “section 51(3) of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ section 128 of the Data Protection Act 2018 ”. In subsection (4B), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the Data Protection Act 2018 ”.
