Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 135

Section 45A (information held by other public authorities) is amended as follows. In subsection (8), for “section 51(3) of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ section 128 of the Data Protection Act 2018 ”. In subsection (9), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (12)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection 12(c), after the first “legislation” insert “ (which is not part of the data protection legislation) ”.
