Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 136

Section 45B(3) (access to information held by Crown bodies etc) is amended as follows. In paragraph (a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In paragraph (c), after the first “legislation” insert “ (which is not part of the data protection legislation) ”.
