Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 137

Section 45C(13) (power to require disclosures by other public authorities) is amended as follows. In paragraph (b), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In paragraph (d), after the first “legislation” insert “ (which is not part of the data protection legislation) ”.
