Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 140

Section 53A (disclosure by the Statistics Board to devolved administrations) is amended as follows. In subsection (9), for “section 51(3) of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ section 128 of the Data Protection Act 2018 ”. In subsection (10), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (12)(b), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”.
