Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 145

Section 68 (disclosure of information to prevent fraud) is amended as follows. In subsection (4)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (8), at the appropriate place insert— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
