Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 146

Section 85 (disclosure of information by Revenue and Customs) is amended as follows. In subsection (8)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (9), at the appropriate place insert— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
