Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 147

Section 169 of the Legal Services Act 2007 (disclosure of information to the Legal Services Board) is amended as follows. In subsection (3)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After subsection (8) insert— In this section, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
