Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 162

Section 38 of the Broads Authority Act 2009 (provision of information) is amended as follows. In subsection (3), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (6), after “section” insert — “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
