Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 163

Section 13 of the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009 (functions of the Regional Agency) is amended as follows. In subsection (8), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After subsection (8) insert— In this section, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
