Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 164

Section 25 of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (application of provisions) is amended as follows. In subsection (2)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (6), at the appropriate place insert— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
