For subsection (5)— in the English language text substitute— The offences referred to under subsection (3)(b) are those under— a provision of the Data Protection Act 2018 other than paragraph 15 of Schedule 15 (obstruction of exercise of warrant etc); or section 77 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (offence of altering etc records with intent to prevent disclosure). in the Welsh language text substitute— Y tramgwyddau y cyfeirir atynt yn is-adran (3)(b) yw'r rhai— o dan ddarpariaeth yn Neddf Diogelu Data 2018 ac eithrio paragraff 15 o Atodlen 15 (rhwystro gweithredu gwarant etc); neu o dan adran 77 o Ddeddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000 (trosedd o altro etc cofnodion gyda'r bwriad o atal datgelu).
