Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 170

Section 10 of the Safeguarding Board Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 (duty to co-operate) is amended as follows. In subsection (3), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After subsection (3) insert— In this section, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
