Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 184

Paragraph 3 of Schedule 9 to the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (data matching: voluntary provision of data) is amended as follows. In sub-paragraph (3)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After sub-paragraph (3) insert— “The data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act). In sub-paragraph (4), for “comprise or include” substitute “ comprises or includes ”.
