Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 189

Section 38 of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (support etc for people vulnerable to being drawn into terrorism: co-operation) is amended as follows. In subsection (4)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After subsection (4) insert— “The data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
