Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 196

Section 72 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 (supply of information to relevant Northern Ireland departments or Secretary of State) is amended as follows. In subsection (5), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (7), at the appropriate place insert— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
