Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 200

In section 199 (bulk personal datasets: interpretation), for subsection (2) substitute— In this Part, “personal data” means— personal data within the meaning of section 3(2) of the Data Protection Act 2018 which is subject to processing described in section 82(1) of that Act, and data relating to a deceased individual where the data would fall within paragraph (a) if it related to a living individual.
