Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 205

Section 1 of the Health and Social Care (Control of Data Processing) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (control of information of a relevant person) is amended as follows. In subsection (8), for “made by or under the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ of the data protection legislation ”. After subsection (12) insert— In this section, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
