Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 206

In section 306(1) of the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (definitions for purposes of Act), for the definition of “health record” substitute— “health record” has the meaning given by section 205 of the Data Protection Act 2018;
